2. Do you sell a big cello bag to wrap the tower in?
Unfortunately, there is not a cello bag made that is big enough to fit the towers.
3. How do you wrap the towers?
The towers are wrapped using a large piece cut off of a cello roll. Our cello rolls are 30" wide x 100'
long. It takes about 10 ft. to wrap one tower. So you should be able to wrap approximately 10 towers from one cello roll.
4. How do you cut that piece from the big roll of cello?
We suggest getting your boxes assembled first. Then roll out about 5ft. in a large room (ex. your living room). Then place your tower at this point. Pull that long piece of cello up and make sure that it reaches the top of the box stack and leaves enough to tie with a plume at the top.
If it is not long enough, then roll out some extra and move your boxes to get more cello.
Once you have that piece as you need it, roll out the back side to match and cut it from the roll.
(DO NOT cut until you make sure you have enough)
5. How do you tie the cello at the top?
It helps if someone helps you by holding the boxes so they don't tip. It also helps to cut a long piece of curling ribbon before you start to wrap your tower. (I cut my ribbon and hang it around my neck)
Bring the front and the back of the cello to the top. Gather it together and snuggly tie your ribbon close to the top box of your tower.
6. How do you finish the open sides of the cello?
I neatly overlap each side and then bring the bottom up and tape it to the sides of the tower.
7. What do you suggest to finish it off with a bow?
I like to use a garland or long drape of ribbon or tulle to hand down and then finish with a wired ribbon bow. We are offering "kits" with all of our towers that will come with adornments and ribbons to match the boxes and the cello wrap. Each of our Ribbon kits will do one tower.
